Selwyn Road plays dark, moody tones against warm timber and natural texture: a confident palette carried through joinery, stone and landscaping. Selwyn Road

What began as a reclad and alteration evolved into a near-complete rebuild once the structure was opened up, the better long-term outcome. The finished home is defined by its architectural detailing: an expansive second-storey balcony with a louvred roof for year-round outdoor living, warm timber cladding and refined contemporary materials. A home that shows the value of adapting mid-build without losing sight of the end result.
